Skihutte Masner in Serfaus

Right at my hotel in Serfaus. Can I go skiing through the garden? It is the valley station of Serfaus up to the ski Komperdell, a gondola lift for max. 6 people .. Above you can reach further connection to the ingenious ski area. A restaurant, a branch office from the check in (ski shop), the ski school and also the Wednesday night event (Adventure Night) can be reached directly by the cable car. Much anticipation on the way to a great holiday. There are of course two more gondolas from the base station Serfaus in different areas of the ski area but the pure Komperdell Bahn describes my report.

The compartments on the gondolas for snowboards is too small for wider boards, but it did not scold any railway staff when we took them into the gondola, so everything in the green area. At the mountain station you have to change to the Lazid train to get further and higher.

Fairly old lift that plays a central role in connecting the Serfaus Fiss Ladis ski area will be renewed in 2020. The lift takes you to De Kompernell, a mountain restaurant where you can also find the ski school, from there you can go all over the area ....

I wanted to solve an uphill ride. However, since I was wearing ski boots, the seller at the checkout did not want to sell me, because she thought I would have to buy a ski pass for € 38. However, I explained to her that I just want to go up for lunch with my family. However, she refused to do so. Then I go to the information point to inquire. I explained the situation to her. Whereupon she explained to me that her saleswoman did everything right because I wear ski boots. I tried to explain to her that I don't want to ski for a day, I just want to meet my family for lunch. Thereupon I was shouted at very unfriendly and rejected. Although I have been a regular customer for 15 years, I am not considering coming again after this encounter.

The view is pretty great but the cabines are old and smelly

What should you write great ... is just a cable car for a lot of money (2Adults & 2Kinder) brings one to a beautiful view.

All the facilities which I visited on this side of this mountain are excellent. At least until more passing visitors neglect others by carelessness with litter.

I think this is the best area for snowboarding among all Serfausfissladis. In terms of snow conditions, grooming and variety of slopes. Also here is the perfect ski school for kids.

Last month on the 16th of january my wife unfortunately broke her upperarm with skiing. The care from the slopes to the medical center in Serfaus was super so also at the doctor all super arranged today on February 5th received a comfort package from the komperdell lift with tasty local delicacies on behalf of my wife very thoughtful and very heartfelt thanks Serfaus next year we are SURE thank you again thanks

Have only to visit during the winter, but I have never experienced such a smooth trip to the mountain with virtually no queue at any time of day. This was even during the main holiday season, where the queues at other places always have been incredibly tedious.

Great ski area, Serfaus is a nice place with many possibilities for going out. Unfortunately, you hardly get any accommodation in the winter season, otherwise I would like to come back. Ski course for children with the mascot "Murmli" is really nicely done.

Very comfortable and able to manage many tourists in the summer without creating queues. The points of departure and arrival are well served and equipped.

Spend a winter holiday in the mountains - what could be better!

Very efficient service , in skiing terms in Serfaus you que very little.

Brings you to some great locations. From there you can walk several different hiking / bike trails or visit a big playground for children.You need to pay extra if you want to bring your mountain bike along, just want to mention that.

From the valley station it goes up to the middle station in the ski and hiking area!

For too lazid

Visited in the summer. You must reach it by leaving the car at the beginning of a free parking lot in Serfaus and then by taking the Metro (yes, I wrote the underground!) Which is also free, which brings the crowds of tourists to the 2 cable cars. Despite the crush magically you do not have to queue. At the ticket office everyone is very kind. Cost ascent and descent 38 Euros but at the end of the day you make it yourself if you bring it back 2 the ticket. The case closes at 17 so if you arrive later you can be reimbursed at the restaurant in front. At the middle station there are finally opportunities for recreation for children with games of all kinds

Modern cable car, which is in good condition and runs very quiet. Very practical: P

I only rate the cable car here, not the ski area itself. So:the train has been around for a few years, but doesn't matter if it still runs. The gondolas are unfortunately old and rocked accordingly. What I didn't like at all is the height of the door entry, because I cut the bulb twice because it was so low. With a full line-up, it's pretty tight.There is always a rush, but I don't like it at all: the necessary change as soon as you want to get to Lazid. That means queuing and waiting again. A better solution should be possible here, since an almost identical path seems to be going up to the Lazid.

Very nice team, many greet you even though you have never seen them before.Very helpful, always have a smile.I lost my cell phone on the piste and the staff were so friendly for me to scan all the gondolas of a cable car and drive off with me the route.

Guests in Serfaus for 17 years ......Hotel owners printed out the wrong ski pass for our daughter.Now on Saturday after 8 days of vacation I have to go to the counter and prove that I paid the 5 ski passes at the hotel and then hope for the mercy of the operators so that I can get a refund of around € 150!The team of railway operators from the lady at the information desk to the lady at the checkout were and are very arrogant and unfriendly ...Here the question arises who pays the wages of the workforce in summer and winter ???The guests or ????It is not a service and not a service.It should be said that everything is no problem, we will fix everything for you immediately.

It is a very beautiful mountain resort! Especially for children!

Great, I can especially recommend families with children. There you can spend the whole day. And good food is also provided. The ice cream tastes great - homemade?
